This is the new, US-spec Volkswagen Jetta, and it’s part of VW’s plans to triple its annual sales in America to 800,000 units by 2018. General Motors has partnered with a San Francisco-based start-up company named RelayRides to enter the car-sharing business. In early 2012, GM vehicle owners in California will be able to use the OnStar system to rent out their cars when they aren't using them.
